Mommy Makeover Healing and Recovery Time
Prior to the procedure, you will meet with your surgeon to discuss which procedures will be part of your mommy makeover treatment plan. Since a mommy makeover incorporates a number of different procedures, each patient’s surgical experience will be different. Most mommy makeover surgeries will be performed in an accredited surgical facility or hospital with the patient under general anesthesia.
The length of the surgery will vary based on the number and types of procedures performed at one time. Because of the invasiveness of certain procedures, some patients will be required to stay overnight following surgery. Recovery time for this procedure is extensive and can take up to six to nine months for full recovery.
